the location was very convenient, everything was close. the staff were very helpful with directions. my room had good bathroom facilities, it included a big shower.
The decor felt a little dated, especially in the corridors. the corridors were confusing. I found it hard to navigate.

The staff helped us locate nearby parking. Emanuelle and Miguel greeted us upon arrival. Sarah was very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had fresh options each morning.
The separate toilet room was very narrow. For some reason, the lock was on the outside of the door.

the room i stayed in was beautiful. it had extra amenities such as toothbrush and beauty kits. the bathroom was huge. it featured double sinks and a jetted tub.

I found some aspects disappointing. The air conditioning was not very effective. It struggled to cool the room adequately (especially during the day). The minibar also emitted a noticeable amount of heat. This made the room less comfortable than I expected for the price I paid.

i stayed in a convenient location near the Ponte Vecchio. the staff was super nice and always ready to help with directions and recommendations. the breakfast offered a fabulous spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and local cheeses. it definitely exceeded my expectations.
The access to my room involved navigating several stairs and hallways. this made moving luggage a bit difficult.
